The quest for advance growing technology was greatly seen among the health conscious and enthusiastic gardeners. One the eve of the event “One Day Hydroponic Workshop on Hydroponics” which was held on 7th of January 2018 at Hotel Express Inn, Nashik. The workshop was organized by HortCosultants in technical collaboration with Atuofert Agrimations Equipments Pvt. Ltd.

A day long exposure to hydroponics, its various methods, tools and equipments, do’s and don’ts in hydroponics, containers and planting system etc. created a new wave among the hobby growers. Mr. Ajit Ingle was a lead trainer for the workshop, with an experience of the decade in the field of hydroponics and soil less growing. He specially endorse that, the gardening enthusiasts and hobby hydroponic growers many times start their project with lack of knowledge which increases the chances of failure. A professional training is always imperative before starting the hydroponic growing”

There were 40 participants who attended the workshop from various parts of the country. Participation from private sector seed companies and technology giant have manifested the need of such training programs on regular basis. The training was of great help for both youngsters who are looking towards hydroponic as a carrier also for the home makers and leisure guys who loves gardening.
A live demonstration unit prepared by Agrimations was a center of attraction where, the trainees had a feel of nutrient film technique and lettuces grown on it. Such trainings are to be arranged on regular interval was a commonly expressed thought by all the participants.
